A struggling New York Knicks side will play host to the Atlanta Hawks on a Christmas day special at the Madison Square Garden.
NEW YORK KNICKS
The New York Knicks have won only two of their last five matches in the NBA and are in 12th place in the Eastern Conference with a 14-18 record this season. The Knicks will welcome RJ Barrett back for the first time since he entered the NBA health and safety protocol. They have been depleted for the past weeks due to injury and COVID-19, but they now come against a Hawks side that they defeated earlier this season.
ATLANTA HAWKS
The Atlanta Hawks are on a similar run of form to the Knicks, with three defeats and two wins in their last five games in the NBA. The Hawks are in 10th place in the Eastern Conference with a 15-16 record. However, it could be more problematic for them because they will be without their major stars, including Trae Young, as they battle against a raft of injuries.
EXPERT BETTING TIPS
The Hawks have most of their stars missing through injury or COVID and will need big performances to help them overcome this test. The Knicks will look to use this game against the depleted Hawks to pick up a bit of momentum and get their season going.
