Chicago Bulls vs. Houston Rockets: Bulls look to continue beautiful run

The Chicago Bulls have kept up their impressive start to the 2021-22 NBA season and will now welcome the Houston Rockets to their United Center home in another East v West clash.

A run of three wins and two defeats in their last five NBA matches puts the Bulls in second place in the Eastern Conference with an overall record of 18 victories and ten defeats this season. Fresh from defeating the Los Angeles Lakers, the Chicago Bulls will look to exact revenge against the Houston Rockets, who have already beaten them once this season. DeMar DeRozan and Lonzo Ball were once again influential in their win against the Lakers, with 38 and 19 points recorded, respectively. 

Coming into the game on the back of a morale-boosting win against the Detroit Pistons, the Houston Rockets will look to repeat the trick by defeating the Chicago Bulls once more. The Rockets have won two and lost three of their last five matches in the division and are in 13th place in the Western Conference with a record of ten wins and 20 defeats.

The Chicago Bulls are obviously a better side than the Houston Rockets, and their results back this fact up. They will be looking to stamp their authority after a shocking defeat in their last meeting. The Houston Rockets are on a reasonably good run of form and will look to draw inspiration from their victory over the Bulls last time out. Based on current form and squad quality, the Bulls are expected to edge this one out and emerge as winners from this clash.
