The Denver Nuggets are in eighth place in the Western Conference after three wins and two defeats in their last five games. The Nuggets have the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic, and the big Serb has been vital for them this season. Jokic is averaging 26.6 points and 13.6 rebounds per game this season.

Atlanta Hawks are coming into the game on the back of a hard-earned win over the Orlando Magic and will be looking to maintain their momentum at home to the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets, on the other hand, will be desperate to avoid defeat, having lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves last time out. The last time Denver Nuggets lost two games in a row this season, they eventually went six games without a win, and they will be eager to avoid that fate. However, the Atlanta Hawks are expected to emerge with the victory from the game.
