Terrible absolutely terrible. Made a bet a week before the race because the odds were good, then the day before the race the cancelled my bet saying he was a “non runner” when in fact he was inevitably going to win. Then questioned me about where I saw he was not running. Emailed them and messaged them and the done absolutely nothing about it. If they think your going to win money they will cancel your bet or make an excuse. Would defo not recommend stick to paddy power

There’s so much technical and glitches which hinder your waging a bet. Sometimes when it sees you’re about cashing out on a bet you’re winning, it tells you it cannot determine your location even though it allowed you to place the bet at the same location. It’s very sketchy and when you contact customer service, it’s just a waste of time cuz nothing better is done about it.

Please can anyone experienced problems with withdraw this 3-4 months. When i withdraw they give me just one option(bank wire transfer) but i wait 10-12 days and my funds return on my bet account. I tryd 5-6 times and same thing. I talked 10 times with supporters and they tell me the same thing. Wrong bank details. im sure i have all perfect because my bank give me those details. I open a new bank account and the same thing. In live chat tells me they dont know what detail is wrong. But just try to change and try again. Please be aware of their cash out offers. They are taking your winning bets back if it suits them. I had a bet that I won and cashed it out before it finished for the amount they offered and they took the bet back, when I talked to them they said a gesture of good will they will only give me the money I put on the bet, not the winnings they offered me on cash out. I am sure if I wasn't right they wouldn't have gave me anything. Just be very careful with cash out or use different betting sites, loads of them have way better odds.

My account was recently closed due to “trader review” after being a client with them for 12 years. My bets are average, nothing crazy, and while yes in the short term I might be up a small amount, long term I’m down. When contacting them they gave zero information as to why the account was closed. Their vague “trader review” and using a term like “nature of my business” in their emails to me made me think fraud was going on. Contacted my legal council, he strongly advised me to pry further and ensure that there’s no fraudulent activity going on. Despite over 10 messages, emails, chat discussions with bet365 I get no where. Their customer service is horrible. If you’re just looking to bet a few £/$ on their site, fine. They’ve always had a solid layout, good betting options. But if you ever need to cash out, have a problem, or anything that requires them to “help”... well good luck. I would strongly suggest exploring other options when betting. Not to say my instance is going to happen to everyone, but just know the risk and potential headache you’re getting yourself into with them.

Site is trash, use to deposit once every few days maybe win a couple times a week, its now been over 4 months and i've not had a single win, not even a 100x it just shafts you for the full £100 wouldnt recommend at all go play pokestars they have been good for me for nearly 6 years now

I've been a loyal customer for a few years but last year my account was suddenly banned. After 40 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone they said someone would ring back within 24 hours, that never happened. Several months later, my account is now unbanned but I'm unable to use certain features such as the deposit funds option. - kinda pointless tbh.

What a complete scam Bet365 is. The site is definitely cheating. I observed for quite a long time on poker “players” who continually fold then suddenly go all in before the flop even with a medium rated hand and win against strong hands and always on the river. The only time “the player bot” lost money was on the blinds when they folded. No human player would go all in with a 6 and 8 and an actual real life player with pocket Aces lost to a straight 5 to 9. I have played in a lot of tournaments and on a lot of different sites and It’s clear that this site is “fixing” their games.
