I still haven’t got my funds that I withdrew from mid Dec 2020. Just got of the phone with them yesterday and the same “our payment team is looking into it and will contact you”. I haven’t received one email and it has been over a month. This company really thinks I’ll forget about my funds and stop calling. Can someone help me with my options of taking the next step. That all that is left now. Please avoid this company.

Once the best, now just generic money grabbing monsters. They have zero interest in running a successful company, it’s simply all about getting a bit of that cash while they can. They do not reward loyalty, the second they think you’re hooked, they strip away all rewards and maybe throw you a £5, wow, just wow. Remember the value of the product they offer is zero. Their customer service is like most bookies, a complete joke. Where do they find these goons, they actually have tried to replace them with automated bots now, trying to avoid going on the live chat, and to be fair they’re about as useful as one. If it’s not on the script, they don’t have an answer for it. That’s hardly customer service, they can’t even judge each Individual on their own merit. If you want to play sports, it might be a little worth it, although the App is garbage and navigates poorly, but avoid the games and casino, their win rates seem disproportionately low and you should stick to a casino that rewards loyalty as a betting site like this does not.

Very poor customer service. Apparently my voice want female enough and they have refused to handle account on several different occasions. Complete discrimination. Am taking further action.

This is the worst customer service experience have ever had. I won’t advice anyone to waste their money on bet365 because they can close your account as to how they feel but they can’t feel to give you free money. The customer service on bet365 is absolutely useless.

It’s just a terrible app. It freezes constantly. Navigating between bet slip and events is cumbersome and awkward. On the horse racing it frequently will not not allow you to see results unless you close the app and log back in. Hugely frustrating app to try and use. Needs a complete redesign and build. Visually, it’s also very unappealing and unclear. They need to take a leaf out of the Skybet app design which is leagues ahead and so much easier to use......

Wish I read these reviews first. Just signed up, deposited $200 and then they instantly suspended my account. Called, talked to a guy and he seemed nice enough but I'm writing that money off as a stupid bet lost. I should have thought twice when my credit card company wouldn't allow me to deposit to this site. F this fake gaming offshore account.
