I wanted to return to this site after a long hiatus. I lost my username so I connected to the live chat, I had answers to the 6 of 8 questions they asked me, the two I didn’t was1. Username2. Last card usedI didn’t know the last two so they refused to tell me my username and then disconnected me from the chat. I still do not have access to my account. What site does not have a forgot username option in 2021? Absolutely appalling.

Not a fan... I guess i excluded myself YEARS ago, i'm talking 5-10 years and forgot. Signed up for an account, sent in my drivers license, verified in 10 minutes, sent in bank statement, VERIFIED in 10 minutes. Deposit some money and when i go to bet my account says " you are self excluded ".. I'm not even sure if i'll get my money back but you'd think for a company with a CEO as rich as denise they'd have more people look into self exclusion, i understand its my bad i forgot, but it shouldn't take for me to deposit money after having the account for 2 days, sending in documents of my address, for them to realize this.. I just pray i can get my money back now. I feel like they do this so you deposit and they hold it against you and steal your $$. Will update.

Placed a few bets with them and made an enquiry with their customer service team as to how to qualify for loyalty bonuses. Curt customer service agent told me they only comp who they want to and not against revenue like other sites like Skybet who comp players £5 for every week they place £25 or more in bets. Flat out refused to discuss what metrics they do use for comping players too. Pretty arrogant bunch who clearly don't value customer loyalty. I'd head to Betfair Exchange or Skybet rather than waste time with this lot.

The worst betting site i have ever come across! Just to inform all members who want to bet on bet365. If you join this website, you will able to deposit OK, you will able to bet OK, and when win over 1000 euro + on the account, they limit your stake on 1 euro, and winning limit 2 euro. And then you cannot bet. And if you lose, there is no limit. Thanks me later

LYING THIEVING CROOKS. Do not touch with a barge pole, Altered two winning bets and in two hours changed the time of one accumulator bet 3 times. Then had the nerve to ask if I was altering MY computer. Needless to say, it ended badly with me £1,000 out of pocket. SLIME.

Overall, i have plenty to nag about. Give live players capability to filter the markets. Most inferior sites get you at least a drop down league option where you can hide entire market but the title. Im sick and tired havin to watch certain events unfold im never gonna bet on live e-soccer, and you might as well let me have that option to remove it. Your silly policy on cash outs where you offer it and then go back on your offer after you've had a change of hearts is... childish at best. Still, devs did a great job.
