This is the worst company i ever met. I was cooperated with many of them. Such unloyalty with VIP customers i have never met. One month i spent more then 5000$ and they give me 40$ as bet credits! Promotions arent clear at all. Deposit match doesn't get matched as easy as that upon sign up and deposit. They rope customers in with offers and then don't merit them. Waste of 15 pounds. Avoid.

I sent a message to bet365. I told them if you can close the horse races and casino games. I just wanted to make sports bets. They closed my account without asking me. the reason for closing was that I was going to play consciously and wisely. The money they paid for the horse races was much less than the original horse racing bets. I recommend you to stay away from this betting company
