To give them some credit, Bet365 has an excellent screen interface, wide market selection and quick response time. That said, it only welcomes long term losing punters and they will do lots of promotions and incentives to keep them playing. As for, long term winning players, there is none. Bet365 will be onto winning players in a flash. They monitor your every move and if your betting pattern is not of their liking they will restrict your account in an instant. I have been a losing degen punter with Bet365 for many years and my betting account with them has always been very healthy, with lots of promotions and no restrictions. until recently I found a way of having a slight edge over them. It involves a quick in play bet at certain odds and a couple of other factors which I can not disclose. I am not asking you to believe me that I can beat the book maker at their own game, I am just sharing my experience with you on recent events. Using this inplay betting method of mine, I was able to win consistently daily for a couple of weeks. So I decided to teach this method to my sister so she could make some easy cash. She opened a new account with bet365 and after one week of applying this method she accumulated around £1,000 in profit betting at relatively small stakes. It was at this point when her new account was restricted by the trading team with no reasoning. I was thinking how come she has been restricted after winning £1,000 in a week and I have not when I’ve been doing this for longer and I have won much more. The only explanation I can think of for this is because my account has been opened for a long time and I must of lost tens of thousands in the past to them. Not long after restricting my sisters account they were onto me. I was laying off bets on the exchange regularly to try to protect my account from being restricted but it didn’t help much. Bet365 didn’t restrict my account but they discreetly put a time delay onto my account. This time delay makes placing an inplay bet take 5-7seconds longer than usual. Normally it take 5-7seconds to accept an inplay bet, now it was taking me around 10-14seconds. With this delay i am unable to apply my strategy Hence I can not win. I did ask my dad to open a new account for me and everything was working fine but that account was restricted immediately before it could even generate any profit. Even having a strategy which is proven to yield a positive expected value, it is almost impossible to implement with these strict and sly counter measures in place.

My honest advice is please please keep your distance from this site, I placed a bet on golf, three different tournaments, the bet was three e/w doubles and an e/w treble, after the first day scores came in my three players were doing well, next thing I receive a message from Bet365 saying one of my bets is void... As when I put it on it gave me an unfair advantage/ or that I already knew the result, eh! I placed the bet before any tournaments started, so where is my advantage, when I messaged Bet365 regarding this I received no reply, still to this day, no reply, one of my players were on my slip as a void bet. I then messaged them regarding my deposit bonus as I had not received it, guess what, no reply, again I messaged, again no reply, I was with Betfair before I changed to Bet365, guess who I am going back too. Keep well clear of Bet365, I won't be going near them again, Oh and I won my e/w golf bet, but I will be withdrawing my winnings to my bank.

Timeline: Deposited cashDeposit confirmedPlace betBet confirmedCheck bet but there’s no log of cash or betCheck back 5 mins later and there is cash but no betCurrently in dispute and expecting a call back from customer service after escalating. Will update review after call.

Stay well away from these scumMy account got suspended or what they like to call "Under-review" for NO reason. Just because I been winning a bit of money, thats what they don't like. This company is a scam, do not use them if you planning to win some money on horses or sports BUT if you feeling to donating some of your hard earn money to these scums, then go ahead

the games/casino is for sure rigged, i use bet365 for the football, if i win i try some slots, in 3 years of puttin gin 20 pounds and 30 pounds once a month? i have never ever got a win, never not once, its completely rigged, how they are allowed to do this is beyond me, a woman in asda did 2 years for stealing a toothbrush. and they can literally rob millions per day and nothiung hapens. I wish to make a formal complaint about your ‘customer service’ surrounding my inability to register an account with you. I signed up today, and before I was able to even browse your site, at 13:06:22 I clicked deposit £100, then was presented with an error 'for sec reasons we have logged you out... ' (see pic 1 on attachment). The error code was I: M:002SP1-09/04/2021 13:06:22I spent some time trying to log in to log in, but your systems didn’t recognise my credentials (pic2) despite the fact I’m clearly able to see that you have my email address (pic3, attached) and that you have my username, with I suspect, all my personal information. I went onto chat and discussed with Samantha F. She advised ‘Your account has been closed as a trading decision. Our trading dept. regularly reviews customers’ accounts and sometimes conclude that they do not wish to accept a customer’s business. ’ I explained this made no sense as I’m not even a current customer, that I haven’t even browsed the site or placed a bet, let alone do anything untoward. She reiterated her copy+paste generic reply and advised she was a team leader. I stated I was unhappy and asked to escalate. She escalated to a ‘supervisor’ names Simon F who reiterated the same nonsense Samantha did. I asked what it was in particular and he stated a decision from the Trading team. I asked to escalate to them but he stated they were not customer facing. After leaving me to speculate he reiterated the generic reply and before I could state my losses here and ask for further action, in a uniquely cowardly way, ended the chat before I could type my sentence. I have never seen this type of spineless behaviour, especially from a ‘supervisor’ in all my life. In short, your service is utterly disgusting. Never in my life have I been declined the ability to sign up to any site, and blocked before I could even complete sign up. I can only speculate that there may be some kind of untoward behaviour at your end, as you did everything you could to shield your ‘reasoning’ for preventing me to sign up. Reviewing your terms and conditions, reviewing the section 4 terms relating to suspension and closure. I am unable to see how any of these terms could have applied to me, given I was not granted the ability to even complete signup. Your farcical ‘customer service’ and process has left me deprived of 2 hours of my life, and has caused significant paranoia and distress, STILL with no reason why you would not accept my custom. I wish for to clearly advise me both what exact term and or condition I was in breach of, and why specifically you prevented me opening my account with you. I also wish to submit a DSAR request for all personal information held for me on your systems. I then require you (only after DSAR completion and after I have received the DSAR) to destroy my records and stop processing my personal information, information I only submitted as a condition of joining your site. Please reply confirming my complaint reference and how long you have to investigate before I can raise with the appropriate regulator. Regards, Adam H
