STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! After placing a bet on the euros I then was unable to go to my bets and not cash out which I would have won money on. Tried for the duration of the game still with no luck. Spent twenty minutes in a queue trying to talk to online advisor only to be told there will be no compensation and no guarantee that this won’t happen again. Will def not be using.

Just had 800 on 2-0 england abs 2k on 3-0 wanted to cash out not available Criminals should be investigated My friend had cash out on same bet but smaller amount and was available cash out Disgrace will be complaining to regulator

I really thought I was the only one having trouble this bet website. I've been unable to see most of my bets through the Euros. Actually have a decent bet on at the moment with all teams to score that were in the quarter finals, can't see Ukraine scoring but at least there would've been a decent cash out when England scored but now showing not even a bet active! Absolute joke!

This is an absolute terrible site, most of yesterday couldn't even get into the site. I had my first 5 games right and no fing cash out. Iam fairly new to betting like this, does anybody know another site similar to this that you can cash on while the games ate still playing? Agree they cost u money playing in this site

This a joke. they are so sneaky to rob you. i had 2 bets and there was only England game left. before the game cash out option was closed. it was same yesterday as well. they say they have got tecnical issues. but as you can see, they close the cash out option before the each game.. basically they don't give you any chance to cash out. that is a sneaky way to rob the people. i aam telling everyone to stay away from this company. they are probably the worst. thieves...

Moved my winning bet to a different market. Criminals. Don't bet with this company, you will never know if you will ever see your money again. They remove the cash out and my bets buttons as soon as they know you could win.
