My bets not working, been over 4 hours now. Awful site, avoid using. Its been getting worse and worse and shouldn't be allowed. Like others said, they blame it on site problem IF you can get live chat but seems to be other, sketchy things going on recently... Used to be great, awful service and way to great customers.

I wish I could give them no star, I lodge a complaint today I placed a bet from 8pm I had cash offer when I tried to cash out MY BETS disappeared giving a technical issue message. A friend of mine had the same bet on paddy power score 2-1 they gave him cash out £499.00 and I expect the same amount from you due to technical errors and not being able to chat with you. If you do not match paddy power £499.00 I will take this to GAMBLING COMMISSION, I hope it doesn’t come to that. I have all the screen shots where your showing technical issues. Think it's best to use a different betting company from now on. Nothing but issues throughout the Euros. Not showing cash outs/ your bets throughout games. Just a purescam that nobody wants to deal with. All these complaints can't be a coincidence.

Thieves at best, placed a bet on Switzerland vs Spain wanted to cash out in game however due to bet365 technical difficulties I was unable to do this. Waiting in line on chat I was 267th in the que, the wait was almost an hour and then to be told TOUGH appreciate this was not your fault but would not reimburse my stake or even offer a goodwill gesture. This is probably the WORST of the WORST casinos. So I deposited some money, placed a bet, and then from nowhere they just returned my money and my bet did not exist anymore? So I got mad and was going to withdraw the money again. Problem 2. There was only bank transfer for some dumb reason. This company is just a joke! Keep closing my account while i have bets running. Previously it was a mistake on their part now ive been told that my account has been permanently closed. Guess who? No answer why and their amazing support terminated a call & a chat. But i know why… yesterday I won 400gbp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

So after long time I wanted to use 365 again, I logo in my account and then found out they put my account in aresst, call customer services they are just giving basic information what I already saw on app.. when I ask what is the problem they cannot answer me back. Very bad for business and handling customer's, disappointin

They literally stole my money. I’ve been asked to verify my account and an envelop was supposed to arrive to my place, however I never got it. Theyi refuse to show any tracking information, the envelop never arrived, and my money was kept away from me. A genuine scam.
