The worst betting app in world history.... absolutely shocking, DO NOT USE this whatever you do. The bet in play and my bets tab dissappear during matches, you can't get any response other than wait hours on their **** chat facility other than their scripted "we are sorry for current technical difficulties blah blah blah" when it's happenS ALL THE TIME. ABSOLUTE SHOWER THAT HAS LOST ME LOTS OF BET IN PLAY MONEY....

Sadly B365 is going downhill. This website is fast becoming unusable and they know they have issues but aren’t fixing them. Time to find another site - I’ve bet with then exclusively for 20 years plus - very disappointing.

This site is a load of rubbish. Do not use this site. Unable to cash out bets yet again. I'm deleting the app. Hmmmm is it a coincidence? Or are they just robbing us. I am reporting this site to the ombudsman! I guess we will not be refunded for the bets we have put on.

people beware one big cheat, always technical problems, bets cannot close, beware this is a cheat! they do not return money even if the fault is on bet365! never decide to open an account with bet365.

Joke site unable to cash out as can’t see my bets. Aswell as unable to contact anyone with bet in play offer not giving me my £10 stake I put on no wonder your the richest betting site because you scam all your customers. Get some staff!

Yet again I am unable to view what bets I have placed with Bet365 nor have access to cash out. This has happened through the Euros. When I queried this I was told I could view my bets through the History function within my account. Tried this and it crashes or just takes you to your balances. They must be saving themselves loads of cash from customers not having access to cash out early. They need to invest in better systems rather than paying their CEO mega millions.

This site is becoming a absolute joke, can't see placed bets, can't cash out resulting in customers losing money, been happening every day for the past 3 weeks at least, Once my funds is empty or enough worth cashing out will take my custom else where as I am sick of being scammed by them.

While it does say in their terms and conditions for placing bets that the cash out feature is not guaranteed to work as a result of technical issues, their inability to fix the mechanism for the entire Euro championship says a lot about the company's ability to mitigate tech issues while maintaining an ethical perspective on sports gambling. The history feature was also not working so there was literally no controlling any bets you put on which erodes your trustworthiness.

It's a total disgrace. This was the online sports website where I felt secure playing and believed they were the best; product and experience. I have been playing since ever with them. Lately it's just downhill. Horrible online experience. Constant technical issues which take your money away. Template responses from customer support agents who say they are sorry but cannot do anything as per there T&Cs, that if you loose money due to technical issues (which are now constant), they are not responsible. Who is than? One thing to do; just stay away till they get decent enough to take responsibility and refund the money that is not theirs.
