Ridiculous during euros you put your bets on and then can't view them or cash outs but still let's you bet in play absolute joke

i think 365Bet is bankrupt because there services are STILL not working! "My Bets" tab is STILL DISABLED! Customer service still insists is a technical problem, REALLY? we have no chance to cash out. This is deliberate and criminal! Do not commit your money on 365bet, it is not safe!

This site, what can I say scammers closing my bet section is befor the big games, no cash out option, the customer service is disgusting, fed a pre written script and they are gone, never again, do not use this site

Sight keeps conveniently crashing unable to cash out. can’t see bets or pay out but can always manage to take your money. Scammers!

My bets section disappeared. No chance to cash out. And it happens during big tournament. I wonder how many people did you screwe. I'm guessing you won't give any money back for your problems?

This shower have went from the best on line bookmakers to a complete waste of space. I’ve been with this lot for 14 years but once my Euro 2021 bets are settled one way or the other I’m done with them. As many have said, there cash out system just seems to conveniently crash now at the worst times for punters. I have complained at least 3 times in the past 2 weeks about this only to be met with a stock unhelpful cut and paste response. Even worse, during the Spain Poland match I cashed out a bet, the site said the cash out was complete, but no money was added to my balance and the bet ran on (ending as a loser). I offered to prove to them that this had happened as I took a screenshot of the supposed successful ‘cash out’ but they just stopped replying to my messages. Denise Coates, their CEO, is one to the richest company directors in the U. K. but they don’t give a fiddlers about their customers. It’s gone to the dogs, I implore you to look elsewhere.

They conveniently remove the option to view your bets or cash them out, during the euro football matches, say it’s a technical issue when it’s obviously not, it was all working up until around 3pm then as soon as I put a bet on for the 5pm it gets removed again. Proper scammers

On several occasions I've tried to cash out bets and because I couldn't I ended up losing my money because all of a sudden my bets and cash out disappears. And it always seems to happen just before a main sporting event. I wonder why? And also they cant be contacted. I've withdrawn my money out of my 365 account and used it at another bookies, if everybody did this they it might make them consider the puntersThere must be an ombudsman who could look into this
