Same as a lot of other people, placed a £5 bet… MyBets saying “Unavailable”, can’t see if the bet is even placed, doubt it will pay out if it comes through, seems like a scam considering the amount of people saying the same thing.

My bets disappeared and can't look at bets and cash out. How do they get away with this

Really don't know what's going on. The MyBets icon has disappeared along with my bets. This company should be ashamed as they have become con artists. The government should look into their conduct. How can my bets suddenly disappear? Shamefu

STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERSYESTERDAY I PLACED BET MY WINNINGS WAS £3890.00 my team was 2-1 and offered me cash out £1650 as soon as I tried to get money my bet and cash out disappeared. I tried contact customer service for bloody 5 hours but no one responded to my concern. After that my team 2-2 and I lost my winnings, that was Ridiculous at time u could deposit money but no cash out or withdraw money. If anyone had same issue please contact complaint team bet 365 and get final decision in black and white and send it to gambling commission or ombudsman. Because by law they can’t treat us like that. Bet 365 is rubbish site and rubbish customer service.

Lot of problem with app, does not show my bet while trying for cash out

Ridiculous, cheating, disappointed, can’t trust this web anymore. Couldn’t see my bet for couple hour. Really recommend everyone don’t use this shxx. Money eater. After tonight, I will not use this app forever.

They have always paid out on bets but always stop you viewing your bets whilst in play so can't cash out. So infuriatin

Logged in that was fine but my bets symbol wasn't there plus cash out wasn't either so looked on the history to find sum of my £5 Bets where missing I had them all to both 2 score which tonight games did so and got tomorrow's matches to do the same but not in my history but I did take photos last night of all my bets so got them saved but don't know what to do about it any1 else had any problems like this
