SCAMMERS, STAY CLEAR..... This company will scam you, then the option to view or cash out on bets as soon as a big event starts, throughout the euros they have had what they call ' technical issues' resulting in this feature dissapearing and not being able to see placed bets, happened more than 5 times this euros, 100% a way for them to make money, do not sign up to this company, SCAMMERS

Seems it’s happened to many people, well I am one of them, and obviously I didn’t left it as it is, and I did a claim trough resolve Uk, and only now bet365 making conversation, as being queuing for over an hour in live chat to ask what going and not getting straight answer and refused giving deposit back, they start do something. Really hope everyone will manage get money back, either way, same as me or bank fraud. Good luck

What a bunch of scammers. 3rd time this week, the cashout function was "disabled" due to "technical difficulties" I'd like to disable whomever is running this brothel (all you do is get fkd) due to my right hand having technical difficulties from beating the out of you. Had a 3 team MLB parlay, was 2 for 2 and the 3rd game was winning going into the 8th inning, and Voila! Cashout function decided to go itself, and I ended up losing my bet. What a joke. After waiting in the queue for over an hour and finally speaking to an agent via CHAT, the agent tells me that; "a business decision has been made to not offer any goodwill to customers due to the technical difficulties they might have experienced with the cashout facility" AVOID THESE GANGSTERS AT ALL COSTS!

the website accepts bets and works well before a big euro 2020 match.. however when each game actually starts all the cashing out and withdrawal options get turned off! you can still keep betting however.. it seems that section never gets turned off.. thousands of complaints on social media at the moment

The app has been awful for such a long time, crashes when you log in, logs you out and can’t select buttons a lot of the time. Now on time of this they have taken away the cash outs so during the game you can no longer take the money at that time. Along with that you can’t see bets placed a lot of the time. Will be changing companies as a result of this. Shouldn’t be able to scam people out of their money.

Robbers! No cash out, don’t even know what bets I’ve placed, they seemed to have got parting with money down to a fine art. Using bet 365 Australia and like you all the cash out was unavailable this weekend. Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. They said they are having technical issues and it’s our bad luck. They are a scam and closed my account down and moved on to another agency. All the best fellow punters
