I wouldn't even give bet 365 a 1 star rating. At first I had an account & they kept telling me to verify myself. For about 4 weeks they let me deposit money & bet but wouldn't let me withdraw. They let me bet and was taking my money even though they hadn't verified me. Now they have stopped my account. I have money in the account that is my money but apparently they won't let me withdraw it until my account is fully verified. I used a bank statement and they still had a problem with it. So generally they have stolen my money from me because they say they can't send it back to me unless I verify myself fully. I wouldn't even bother with this bet app more hassle than it's worth plus they're thief's. I prefer to use the app BETFAIR

Wow it is almost humorous when u speak with the help services as clearly they are robotic replies, bet 365 with a team of no humans.

It's a complete scam. I was playing here since more than 8 months. Recently i placed 2 withdrawls, one was dated 24/11/2020 and another 15/12/2020. Even after 1 month the withdrawl amount dated 24/11 was not credited into my account. Inspite of contacting customer service a no. of times they do not give any satisfactory reply. Lastly yesterday (27/12/2020) they did something unexpected and decided to give bet credits worth inr 4000 in my bet 365 acc. This was so frustrating. Regarding withdrawl dated 15/12/2020 its now more than 10 days and still i haven't received it. Upon contacting customer service again they said they'll put a trace regarding this but i know what they'll say at the end. Guys plz never invest here. You won't be able to withdraw your money from BET365.

Looking at the reviews made me realized that, I have mad a mistake and signup with them. They suspended my account after winning 25 thousand US DOLLARS. It’s been over days and my account is still suspended. I have provided them with all the documents and even reported to NJ GAMING COMISSION. no position feedback as of yet and the customer service department of BET365 is terrible. They are not convincing and treat you like criminals. I’m very very disappointed to see them in US Territory. I had rate them very high looking at their site but after using all I can say is, just don’t. I’m still waiting for money

This website supposedly has a max payout of £2 million. I tried to place a quadruple football bet Premier league, Europa league, FA Cup and League cup advertised at 2500-1. I try to put £10 on this and they accept 10p and refer £9.90 then refuse to accept the bet saying it is at their discretion and quite a rule from T&C’s Ridiculous it is well within their win limit they advertise the odds 2500-1 but essentially say you can only bet 10p it’s a con. Don’t bother if you want to place a bet with decent return but really 2500 - 1
