Time for every sane person to close their bet 365 account, enough is enough. The site has once again crashed! FFS! even the pish wee bookmakers sites are OK tonight!

This betting site is a total disgrace, Bet365 are cheating thousands of punters on a daily basis, they shut of their Cash Out when things are going against them and shut down their bet builder in the same way.. I tried to do a bet builder tonight Real Vs Man City, They had every other thing up except the bet builder. I am now going to take out my money and go elsewhere.. I suggest everyone should do this.

So firstly I can't fault the Bet365 website and platform, its probably one of the best on the market that I have interacted with. However, what goes on behind the scenes is mind boggling. I had recently made around £700 worth of winnings from a number of bets. I had around £2500 in the account and wanted to place a bet of around £2000. As soon as I clicked the bet button, an instant warning message popped up explaining that I should consider the bet being placed as it was unusually large. Within less than an hour I tried to interact with my account again only to find that another message had popped up saying that my account had been restricted and that I needed to speak with someone on the phone. This was followed up by an online message received in my inbox. I replied to the email and said I could be available the following morning at 10:00am. To follow this up I spoke with an online customer rep and explained the problem and was told that someone would contact me the following day at 10:00am. Shortly before the expected call (15-minutes), I noticed a pop up on my phone from my bank with a full deposit from Bet365, returning my full balance. When I tried to login into the account, you'll never believe it but my account had been closed and I was receiving and error LL01 asking me to contact customer services. Again baffled by what I had done, I contacted the customer service team and told them I was expecting a call which never happened and that my funds had been returned. The rep apologised for the inconvenience and said would I be available again. I said I was available now but they said no one was available. I agreed to take another call the following day at 10:00am. Would you believe it again.... no phone call. I again went back online to find out what the issues were and how to resolve and when I supplied my details, I was told my details weren't recognised and that they did not believe I was the account holder. Having been cut off I once again tried to contact the online support team and needless to say didn't get any help whatsoever. I decided to lodge a complaint via email to their dedicated address, explaining the situation, poor customer service assistance and the error LL01 code. Sadly Bet365 have failed to respond or acknowledge any of my replies or attempts to contact them to understand what has caused this situation. Like I said at the start of this review, the Bet365 platform is first class and one of the best out there. However, the customer service support is quite frankly appalling. I read an article recently where there CEO had received a bonus in excess of £325,000,000, yet they cant even afford a decent customer support team nor a phone number for you to contact anyone. For a company that turns over several £b each year, I can't believe the approach you take towards your customers. Whilst I would highly recommend this site, if anything goes wrong or you need some support, then you'll have more luck have a conversation with your front door. Whilst I would love to give you a five start rating, sadly the one star will have to suffice and frankly there wasn't an option to not give you any stars. Bet365, please start to look after your customers. Provide them with the relevant support they need, don't ignore them and treat them with some respect. Time is precious and doesn't need wasting waiting for you not to call despite setting up appointments. The funny thing is, Bet365 will probably read this as with the other messages and once again choose to ignore their customers. Sadly this is the only way of communicating with them for them to listen. If you are a Bet365 customer then please enjoy their services but you need to be aware that if you encounter a problem then don't expect anything more than unhelpful and rude customer service reps.

One star was the only option, Since begining of 2022 my account that I have had for more than 10 years has been locked and restricted by a poor app that when Face ID recognise the company and paste the password by is wrong but all other company don’t have a issue with it. After email, phone calls about everything my account has been closed and the balance withdrawn. Only need ids a payslip and months bank statement but more was required to continuing placing bets to give them money. Only positive thing is I get my balance back. Join at your own risk and if you are the kind of person that like to give your life personnel info and money to the company

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER 7 DAYS. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY GO ON LIVE CHAT BUT THEY TAKE AGES TO REPLY AND THEY KEEP ASKING FOR MY USER NAME WHICH I CANT TELL THEM BECAUSE I CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF WITH PADDY POWER /SKY OR WILLIAM HILL AS A SIMPLE PHONE CALL SORTS OUT YOUR PROBLEM. AVOID BET 365 LIKE TGE PLAGUE AND THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW. ONE WHOLE WEEK WITH NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND HOLDING MY FUNDS / RIDICULOUS

Shocking unable to access my account for 43 days. I had my account for over 10+ years. No telephone number to speak to anyone only online chat and email. They call me and it is sorted but still unable me to access the account and email them to be told another 24-48hrs yet pass it and get the same message. Just want to close my account
