Played on quite a few betting sites and these are near the bottom of ratings. Very bad customer support and help, very very bad promotions. Decent selection of games and decent website. But its lacking on so much compared to other betting sites

Won three bets in a row (not a huge amount, a couple of hundred). Then got a very spiteful, moaning email saying I'd get no more offers, free bets, boosts etc. They are happy enough if you lose but watch out if you win!

These people will never let you win. EVER! Stay clear away from bet365 not even one bonus round. Biggest win 56p.

STAY AWAY - They do not process withdrawals and make you have to fight for your money. They also lie and say that they have sent wire transfers when they have not. Still haven't gotten my withdrawal and have spent several days fighting for it. Today I found out that they lied to me and claimed to have sent my withdrawal, when they actually haven't set it at all. NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

You have to beg for your deposit threw live chat most of the times... They won't respond to your mail also

Too many silly negative reviews on here. I am wager large stakes on horses and have never ever had a problem with Bet365. They are the benchmark for horse racing. Tell me any other bookmaker that offers BOG 2 days before the race. The answer no one. They pay out any amount instantly. A lot of bad losers or people trying to scam.

I've been on bet365 for more then half a decade in the beginning years it was awesome, the customer service was incredible the people I spoke to overseas were great... and they bent over backwards to accommodate me anytime I harassed concerns. In the past year they have gone completely downhill to a point I've made numerous complaints to little avail I recommended bet365 to a girlfriend in ontario and they ripped her off for 500.00. She opened a fresh account with 500.00 she made 1 single bet for 50.00... they have frozen her out ever since. When she tried to communicate with them she might as well been talking to a brick wall. unfortunately she doesn't really give a **** about 500.00, so she has failed stay on top of it. when I've contacted bet365 explaining I personally recommended it to my friend... there response was negligible. Last Sunday I took Baltimore ravens alternate point spread -9.5 and - they won 24 to 9, I tried to take a pretty good cash out then the moment I pressed cash out bet365 marked ravens - 9.5 as a loss! When I contacted them about my concerns they punked me off and completely failed to address the issue in any meaningful way. I am now to a point where 1 more incident such as that takes place on my account... I am going to start a major campaign to spread the word people should avoid dealing with bet365 completely. Very disappointed!

So, I regularly bet £20-£40 per week on Bet365. Most of the bets are only football matches and the like that I have at least a bit of know how or knowledge of. This is always no issue, win some lose some etc. Tonight I made the mistake of playing their online Blackjack. Complete and utter joke. I play 10 hands and I lose 9 of them. Dealer only ever appears to get Aces and picture cards. Cheating, Scamming. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Worst sport betting and casino site I’ve ever experienced. Odds are not great and exact scores in football are lower than other bookies. Casino RTP is very low and I would advise anyone wanting to try bet365 to look elsewhere. Poor customer service and completely rigged. Worst experience guaranteed!
