Restricted my account for doing wrong. They restricted my account without any heads up. This is totally unacceptable. Evem the Customer service agents are bunch of useless, this site is the worst I've ever come accross.

They gave a £5 free bet to everyone and unfortunately that bet came from. Man City 4-2 as soon as it went to half down my app had crashed and I couldn’t even cash out let alone get my account recongised as a betting company they didn’t realise how many would come through. Worst Bookie AroundAvoid them at all costs. Site constantly crashes during big events (normally ones they offer you a free bet on so you then cannot use it), customer service are horrendous, app itself is clunky and horrible to us. Save yourself the hassle of setting up an account and go use a proper bookie because the competition are far better in every aspect of the service which they offer.

Not only they were rude in the chat, they closed the chat in a hurry.
