Wow. The reviews on this site are rubbish. No wounder as the chat service is awful. No help in resolving my stuck rounds asked for manger twice and still didn't get put though. Stay away

Opened an account yesterday won a bet and they closed my account, the 50 pound promo Is a scam. Its laughable! What a terrible company.

This is the worse site I use, or used to use! Live chat takes hours for a simple question. They freeze your account for no reason then good luck waiting for live chat! Slots do not go lower then.80 cents lol' cant change bets lower. I would have given customer service (live chat) a No star but they made me put 1 star before I could post this. Way better sites out there, at least sports interaction answers chat within 1 minute. For what bet365 makes hire some damm people to answer questions. Would be a great site if you could reach someone without waiting hourssss. Terrible!

gambling site, just recently did registration, provided all personal details, tried to top up deposit with no progress, all cards rejected, after a minute received email, that my account has been closed down due to the nature of your business. Like is going on in this hole, banning peoples for no reason and to get in touch with someone it’s impossible..

They are a shocking betting company. Ban people on signing up, cant get through to their live chat, send same messages about asking for bank info to wire winnings instead of interac, even when you send tyhem info you have to resend. Live chat says your 1 in the queue but takes more than 1hr to respond. Its aweful something needs to be done.

I was not able to make a deposit as they had banned me upon sign up. As far as I'm concerned, they only wanted my data and shall proceed to make money off me while I am unable to use the site.

No loyalty what so ever! Been with Bet365 for well over a year or more now and all this site do is take your money! Never win RTP must be at 0.5%. It's also my birthday and i asked for a Birthday bonus they basically told me that they don't offer that and accounts are always reviewed what a load of pony!... Once in football, once snooker, they accepted bets, then adjusted the odds on payout. These were NOT obvious errors, but I couldn't be bothered with IBAS. They then just suspended my account because I'm not sending through bank statements, bizarrely whilst I had a season bet on, which was settled (fine) months afterwards. I HAVE NEVER HAD ODDS CHANGED AFTER BET ACCEPTED WITH ANY OTHER BOOKMAKER BUT BET365.

Partner has an account. Cashed out when the odds they gave meant he won 20 quid. Email later to say that their odds were wrong and have taken back the 20 quid and replaced it with 87p. Given all the profits they make and given it was their mistake, they should have allowed/honored the cash out at that amount. I'm sure if he made a mistake, they wouldn't allow him to pull back the cash. Account now in the process of being closed down.... Very poor customer service IMO. They seem to forget, they're not the only online betting site! You have been warned!
