they had a lot of technical issues and somehow they make it seems like its the costumer fault. Somehow everything was shut and they stole people money.. (or as they claim technical issue happened therefore we hold the right keep your bets and see if we can make some profit by keeping settled as loss rather than lose any return from the bet ) to make up for the loss they had for the grand national. Bet365 is **** so many better companies than this ****.

Opened an account to place a bet on the national (the one bet I do a year), as my ususal app wasn't playing ball. My horse won and I get an email saying they're closing my account? Can't get in to the site as it just pinwheels constantly.

Set up a account for today's grand national, then received a email saying my account has been closed with immediate effect because of nature of my business.... wtaf? I only put £11 on in total! I won't use bet365 again.
