Opened account 6th April deposited £75 from paysafe then £18 from bank card then £100 paysafe lost all bets. woke up this morning (Thursday) logged in and had a message account closed business decision. account wasn’t even open for 24 hrs I’m a 58 year old lady whos quite well off so don’t understand why my account has been closed as I lose quite often. absolute shambles. maybe as my surname is khalid and not jones anyway joke of a company

I won on Quantum roulette on number 25 straight stake £1.60 plus all multiple split with 22/25. 25/26. 25/28. No paid out. No return into my account. My balance still the same £10.80. What a scam! Fix, I tried to contact the support… never answer! No reply by email! What a orrible site full of Scam and bad customers service. Should be retained the licence this site is a cheating fix place and should be banned to operate, the Gambling Authority should revoke the licence.

They ban me when I started to win and ask for enhanced verification which is so weird. So your basically telling me you guys only want losers and degens which goes completely again responsible gaming those are the most vulnerable people that you guys prey on

This has been the worse app I’ve ever used in my life, I live in Ontario Canada and within one year of using this app they have made me jump through hoops on many occasions with confirming identification etc., I was prompted to download the bet365. ca app for whatever reason I still don’t understand, in doing so my entire balance that I had in there has disappeared! I cannot get a hold of a live human being on the telephone to discuss this issue with me as has been the case in the past with this company, I now have the new. ca app which is exactly the same as the original app all my information is exactly the same I’m able to sign in with my original username and password but my entire amount of funds that I had accumulated is gone! Can anyone out there please help me! Carmen Berardi

So far so bad. Changed my sole betting company to this lot and they've just ******* me over on one of my heinz accumulators. Did the smallest partial cashout of £2.20 of an original £22.20 stake (returned £57), they recorded it as £12.80... and even then they didn't give me anything after the bet had settled, even though it was a horse heinz accumulator where 1 won and 3 placed. If the partial cash out stake was £12.80, it would of returned over an estimated £120+ at the time of cashout... not £57. Regardless easily proved just from the receipt and recorded time of cash out which is stated on bet receipt. And just to add to this terrible review.... I also emailed customer service, twice complaining and explaining this bet settled wrong and the cashout stake was manipulated yet not even heard a response let alone a solution. So if you are a decent punter, I advise going with someone more reputable. I'll be giving them the rest of this week to resolve the matter but if not, then a complaint will be made to Ibas and the gambling commission and whoever else I can (after a bit of research) regarding the conduct whilst clearly breaking regulations of their license. Admittedly it's only near £100 being ripped off of me, but had it of been more for a bigger bet it could of been lifechanging. Don't bet with this company if you're a successful punter. Not worth the risk.

Junk company. Support has 0 idea what they are talking about. They say one thing and then another, backtracking and even admitting they do not know how to fix verification issues. Basically locked out because of their crappy process.

Opened an account. made 3 bets. First two lost. made a third bet, won 110 euro. They closed my account completely, cant log in nothing. Opened live chat 4 times, as soon as i ask them whats going on and give my details they close the chat. Absolute Fing scumbags! Cant even get my winnings back.

Once again it seems they have rolled out yet more changes to their website / desktop with the result that bets cannot be placed, instead the customer is given an "an error has occurred" message and promptly logged off. "Speaking" (it's actually live texting with an imbecilic help desk) results initially in useless advice like "have you cleared your cookies" or "have you tried logging off and on again" before they sheepishly admit that they are experiencing "technical issues". Poor - very very poor.
