I would stay away from this site as after having an account for years and putting in a far amount of money I tried logging in last week and wasn’t able to, I contacted them about it which I was asked to send my details from account which I sent and haven’t heard back from them for a week now. They obviously blocked my account with out contacting me before doing so which I find very disturbing and totally unprofessional with the way they have treated a customer of theirs so anyone thinking of joining this casino site then I’d suggest going some where else instead!

So my first ever account with 365 as I only bet once a year on the grand national. I bet on 4 long odds including the 50/1 winner this year each. 20 minutes before the race started I received an email telling me my account has been closed with zero explanation. Not only that after speaking to support, which took days to get threw too after the national was over, they told me they had no information as to why it was closed and 'rest assured the decsion is never taken lightly'. Like this is suppose to make me feel better after being robbed of my winnings? So not only did I lose any money I'd won, I lost the £50 free bet incentive after signing up, which was the main reason for choosing 365. Ill be claiming my £15 back via bank dispute, but this company is a complete joke that they can get away with closing an account which zero reason. Use another betting site guys!

Opened an account on grand national day with £5 and it got me £25 in free bets, lost my bet, had a free £5 on city v Liverpool and then had the message due to the nature of your business your account is closed, got onto online chat and email asking why and they reply that they don't need to tell you, absolute joke, I'll stick to Ladbrookes and sky bet

So I took the cash out amount I was offered from a football accumulator when a team scored to lead their match and improve the chances of the bet winning. Cash out approved and paid into my account but the goal was subsequently disallowed. This apparently means that bet365 can travel back in time and change their mind about the cash amount offered. Ray Winstone doesn't mention that in the advertisements. Don't bet with a company who can change their minds about paying out whenever it suits them and grab the money back. Absolutely disgraceful.

Scammed by Bet365I saw an online deal offering £50 free bet credit for a £10 stake. I opened the account, placed my bet and waited for the free credit. Instead, Bet365 closed my account claiming it was a "trading decision". A decision to trick customers into placing bets with them using a deal they have no intention of honouring? Disgusting behaviour from a major player in the industry. Avoid like the plague!
