LIARSSpend £10 get £50 in free bets once your bet settles. The bet has settled yet no free bets have been allocated upon the settlement. Then an email follows stating my account is closed due to the "nature of my business" so what? Working for the NHS means I am not allowed to gamble? Absolute frauds, use them at your peril, all to steal off people during national day. DIRTY BOOKIES

Opened account with offer placed qualifying bet at 13.45 its now 15.05 and bet 365 are saying its not been settled on there system but my friend has had there winnings from the race so how can it not be settled. I'm waiting for my free bet credits but they seem to be lacking quick Internet. Absolutely jokin

Ridiculous shambles, closed my account with no notice, no reason and with no option to re-open. Nothing but hassle to set up in the first place. Plenty of other betting companies with more integrity and better offers anyway I suppose...

They dont require email verification to setup an account so people can setup bet365 accounts using your email address. Also no limit on accounts per email address. Have had to phone up multiple times to close accounts setup fraudulently using my email address. General lack of security awareness compared to industry.

Took a deposit then closed my account, after waiting in a queue of 45 people they agreed to give it me back in 3 days but never said why it was closed. Absolute scammers

Tried setting up a new account and it gave me an error and to contact them. Waited 45 minutes for live chat, got to first in the queue and it said chat ended and kicked me out, absolutely raging. Contacted them on twitter and their first response was a link to live chat to resolve. Honestly, easily the worst betting site i have ever dealt with.

Took a cash out last minutes on a goal scorer and bet 365 paid out originally but then said they had made a mistake and withdrew the offer and winnings! Not what you expect a betting company not paying out on a genuine cash out! Very disappointed.

Opened a account deposited money and placed a bet. Logged on four hours after opening to see result and I couldn’t log on. contacted customer service and they said my account had been closed but wouldn’t say why. They took money but as they closed the account they didn’t have to honour the opening bonus. Scam artists, open an account with someone else
