NBA investigating charges of racism and sexism on Suns' owner Robert Sarver

NBA has hired Law firm Wachtell Lipton to probe the allegations of sexism and racism on Robert Sarver. ESPN interviewed more than 70 employees regarding Sarver’s tenure and they revealed that there has been a lot of negativity due to the sexism and racism running unhinged.

In the last 7 years, two owners have been forced to part ways with the team over similar allegations, one of them is David Sterling, who had to sell the Clippers after audio tapes of him insulting African Americans players surfaced and the other one is Bruce Levenson, who had to sell the Hawks when derogatory and racist emails posted by him were found.

Mike Bass, Executive Vice President of Communications, NBA
