Draftkings ruled my bet void or push when they somehow had the incorrect score of the Cleveland Browns vs NY Jets game on their app. I would have immediate used those earnings to bet on another game that ending up hitting. Their error ended up costing me $200 profit. No response or apology was given for their error.

I went to sign up and was asked 1 million questions they wanted my date of birth my Social Security number my location my email address I felt like I was being interrogated. Fan duel was so much easier no problems not nearly as many questions or requests I’ll stick with fan duel. Hope these guys never get hacked

This app is incredibly glitchy and takes so much time to use. Takes many tries to log in, constant errors when trying to click different links.
I really believe some of these reviews are falsified. The writing and promotion of bonuses in the reviews are extremely suspect.

Tried to post a bunch of bets but couldn’t because they said they can’t locate me. Tried to reach customer service but couldn’t. I guess I can’t bet if I’m not in NJ or WV but they’re more than happy to take deposits whether you can bet or not. I use bookmaker or betonline and those have been pretty good to me for those of you looking to actually post a bet

When it works, great. It’s a great sports book app and fun to place bets. However, it hardly works. It says it’s checking location, and even when I’m on WiFi, with google maps and every other location based app saying I’m where I am, it won’t log in. Which is really detrimental to placing bets. So basically they’re losing money because their app won’t let me place a bet. Nice one.

You don’t keep the “free bet” money unlike other sportsbook promos where you get site credit and you keep the site credit as cash if you win your bet. Not using DraftKings anymore. You can find all of the exact same promos and then some elsewhere. They advertise it as a “risk free”bet too. Risk free means I shouldn’t worry about losing money. If I lose 50 and you give the free bet at 50, I’d have to bet +100. That’s not risk free. Also, you HAVE to use all 50 at one go. They need to change that advertisement. It’s misleading.

Go elsewhere. The ap is garbage. Slow. Does not cash out in time (will actually say ‘cash out rejected’ then will offer lower cash out options which is Scammish.

DraftKings Sportsbook is definitely my choice to play online. With so many more options out there I like their site setup and their casino for the best table game out of all others.

Used DraftKings for about 5-6 years now and then sports book was introduced. It took them 7 months to unlock my account, I missed betting on the whole NFL season. They wouldn’t accept my proof of identification (My Drivers License) or proof of address. They finally unlocked it a few days ago just to realize they wouldn’t accept my bank or card for payment.
No additional credit was offered for all of the BS they put me through and I refuse to use this garbage application.
