The constant checking of my location is horrible. Let me save my password. Couldn’t even find where futures are. Needs to be cleaned up.

On my fourth day of having this app and still can’t make a deposit.. tried all three methods from my phone and Mac both on WiFi and off still nothing. There’s no 1-800 number to call in to speak a live person.... I emailed never got a response back. Opened 3 different chat sessions only got through on one. Followed her suggestions, didn’t work.

App really would benefit from a fingerprint login option. You are logged out for inactivity after very little time, which is a good thing, but a quick way to get back in would be great.

I have been trying to make my initial bet on sportsbook so it could be matched and have been unable to do so. Very unhappy. Would’ve won a good amount of money.

And then it went terrible.
I filled out a survey last Friday saying how happy I was with the app, I would tell friends to play, and I looked forward to playing more. I was excited!
I have continued playing for the past week but it’s gotten to the point where I can’t wait for another Sportsbook to go online in NJ.
The constant checking of location and asking me to log in again is annoying...but I can deal with it. The “error” when making a bet that tells me to check the betslip where 50% of the time the bet went through. Unacceptable. The communication errors (which are more and more frequent) that tell me to either try the bet again or check my open bets. Unacceptable. The trying to load the bet slip after the communication error and the bet not going through and it’s not even available on the slip. Unacceptable. The loading of my bets that sometimes brings up the DraftKings website login page inside the app and asks me to login in. Unacceptable. Then when I try to login there and nothing loads. Unacceptable.
You gotta fix these issues or I will just be one of the many customers who you will lose.
