The app seems to be running fine. I gave it 2 stars because I went to make a withdrawal after winning my parlay and the only 2 options were sending me a check or going to Resorts in AC to get my money. I live 2 hours from AC and I don't want to wait 7-14 days to get a check. You guys had no problem immediately deducting my money from my bank account for my deposit but you don't have an option to put money back into my back account
Looks like I will be waiting for Fanduel’s sportsbook app to see what they offer for withdrawals.

Love the app already up $400 bucks. Only things that need to be added to make if perfect .
1. The app makes you login often and has a quick timeout which if fine but it be nice if Touch ID was supported so logging back in could be faster.
2. Cashing out options stinks. Waiting for a check is annoying checks are so old school. A a modern app should have a modern what to get money. I can quickly transfer money from my bank into my account up can’t to get it out. Add a quicker way to cash out.
Adding those two items would make the app 5 star

Put 25 dollars in my bank account was charged but app so no available funds. Tried contacting them and keep getting them same automated message

Good app but sometimes depositing is very difficult. No visa or PayPal. Withdrawal too takes too long. Bet365 takes about 2-3 to deposit withdrawal in your bank. Should have more baseball because if not when companies like William Hill get into the market it’ll be over for DK. Minor league baseball, Mexican baseball. Sometimes the soccer is inconsistent. Sometimes Australian soccer, other times they don’t have it at all. Overall good app but can be wayyyyy better.

Need better withdrawal options...

I log into draft kings with no issue. When I use the same login for draft kings sports book, it says “error logging in, you need to be at least 21 years of age.”

I used to have DraftKings before and decided to use it again for the sportbook as you can use the same log in. Now it says It can’t verify me, That I am under age and wants me to upload my drivers license and an utility bill In order to be verified and use the account.

Only reason 4 starts bcuz the log in basically every 2 minutes is annoying. I’m sure something is in the works though !!!

I am unable to deposit via a credit or debit card and thus am not able to use the app. Draftkings blames my bank but after speaking to my back they confirm they are not blocking any payments.

I have been waiting two weeks to get paid. The only withdrawal options are a paper check or to pick up the money at resorts in AC. I live in North Jersey so I have to wait for a paper check. Looking forward to a new app coming out since this is currently the only option. The money is deducted from my account in minutes but takes over two weeks to return
. I guess they don’t want u withrawing. They would rather u leave the money in your account and lose it
