Draft kings is amazing. I love all the prop bets and live game bets they offer that not may other sites offer, and if they do they’re aren’t as good. DK is also much easier to maneuver and use, very user friendly.

This sports book has the worst odds out of all the others and the customer service is impossible to get a hold of. They take days to respond to a request, when they did respond they were rude and uninformative. With so many options in NJ I would NOT recommend draft kings. I suggest using any other site NJ has to offer

1) everything has to be done through email no phone number to call and fix issues in 10 seconds. Instead it takes 35 emails back and forth and nothing gets resolved
2) money can only be withdrawn PayPal check or Atlantic City (cage). If you are trying to close the account money cannot be left in under 15 if you want a check and you can’t use PayPal if you didn’t use it to deposit money.

This app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Then you will spend weeks trying to explain to them their own system to eventually get screwed. Use another sportsbook. Or else you will just regret the hassle.

The website my bookie uses is 1,000 times better. This app freezes and crashes multiple times and is virtually impossible to use with any regularity. Also, the location services is a disaster when it says it can’t figure out I am in NJ on a fairly regular basis. They rushed to provide this service and should be waited until the engineers had the glitches worked out.

Draft Kings is easily the worst out of the 3 major sports betting sites/apps (Draft Kings, FanDuel and Sugar House). They have horrible customer service, unclear and hidden terms in their promotions and a slow and glitchy app.

This app on my Iphone 8 is horrendous it cannot reconnect and must restart my phone whenever I want to get back in.. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING and has been getting worse as updates move on. Use another app

Blackjack and other Casino games are absolutely rigged. I lost 24 hand of blackjack in a row which is completely impossible. There customer service is complete trash. Everything is done by self service DO NOT USE FanDuel is much better FANDUEL all the way or WILLIAM HILL
