Always missing certain games. Can’t bet 2nd half of most games. Awful at staying up to do date on live and halftime lines.

Depositing money? Instantaneous no problem. Withdrawing money? It’s been 2 weeks since my withdrawal was processed and I still haven’t seen a penny and customer service will not give me an answer. Horrible service, I’ll be using fanduel now on.

For someone like me who just wants to have action without breaking the bank, DraftKings is great. You can wager as little as one dollar on a sporting event or play games such as blackjack and roulette. Deposits are easy and I have had withdrawals posted to my account within three business days. The site offers you promotional wagers based on your history of playing. Really impressed with how the site is put together. Great job!

The app had no problem taking my $100 deposit but it never went to my account as it still shows a $0.00 balance! Also they claim to match up to $500 but that didn’t happen either. Don’t expect to deposit money and beg right away!

So I was suspended from Sportsbook due to “suspicious referrals” and I only referred 3 people !! They embarrassed me telling me by telling me what I was doing was illegal but in all reality I was just giving them business! Since I was locked out I went to fanduel and I have to say they are SO MUCH better! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE !!!

Crashes often. Slow. Sometimes it asks me for my password and sometimes face recognition pics up.

Locked me out of my account because I had too many “refer a friends”. (I shared my refer link on my Facebook, what did they expect!)... so because I had a larger number than usual (I only referred 4 people, but somehow that’s an usually large number)... I was told that all my refer a friends had to send/upload a picture of them holding their licenses so that they could verify the validity of the accounts. The people I referred have done this and so have I, and both them and I are still blocked out of our accounts (not able to access our money either) and customer service does not respond to any of our messages for over a week now. Honestly if they don’t unblock me within the next couple of days, I am seeking whatever legal recourse I have. I know from reviews that this has happened to several people, so maybe a class action lawsuit would be appropriate for this. Either way, they aren’t getting away with this. Nevertheless, I do NOT recommend this betting app. There are many others out there. Other betting apps/sites actually provide a phone number for you to call too... DraftKing does not. The Customer Support is horrible, even when you ask for a Team Lead, still no one will respond back to you! If you are looking for a better betting app, use FanDuel instead. FanDuel is far superior, has more betting options, better odds, and most importantly... their customer service responds. They also make good on any app issues (for example, during the football playoffs, their app crashed for about 15-20 minutes... the next day they gave everyone $25 site credit).. Use FanDuel. Whatever you do, DON’T use DraftKings!

If you try and sign up on the sports book app they will lock your regular account and require you jump through hoops to open your account again. These people are retarded.

I’ve lost more hair from this app than I have betting. Easily the most frustratingly buggy app I’ve ever used. Missed a lot of bets that I wanted because the app times out every time I try to make a deposit. Absolutely worthless.
