Any time you try to make a large withdraw there’s an issue. Spent 2 hours fighting to get money that was mine and being told it was already paid. Rewards system isn’t compatible to other sites. Took my business elsewhere.

When it works, it’s great. Easy to use with lots of options. Claiming promotions is something of a crapshoot. The app is just too buggy too often to be reliable. There is a real possibility for you to lose money when the app is having issues.

I think the app works well, but I’ve had to follow up every time I made a withdrawal request. Most recently it took 9 days to receive my funds.

Will it not let me place bets if I live in Utah

I love DraftKings, I live in jersey city and the cage is far but if you have bank transfer, everything works fine .. one day I withdrew money and deposited money , 3 days later , the money was in my account and they took their money .. DraftKings is the best lol I love this app with my life

My Bets screen doesn’t show my bets even though I’m logged in.

I attempted to withdraw funds and deposit funds from my paypal account after 15 attempts and getting a cannot complete transaction I gave up. Later I find out if did charge my account now I’m out that money, while I wait for it to be deposited back into my paypal

I downloaded this app looking at the reviews and deposited $100. On the deposit screen there was no option to choose where my money is getting deposited. The transfer went through successfully but I didn’t see any balance in this app. I started chatting with one of their support person who didn’t reply fast enough but when he did he told me that my money went to Daily Fantasy sports which is a different app which DraftKings own and also that I cannot transfer between those two. Also, there is no way from Sportsbook to withdraw my money. This in my opinion is just fraud at the highest level.
