The app. stopped working on both my Ipad and Iphone. After a few days of trying I finally reached their ‘Technical Support’. After some troubleshooting they told me that my devices were ‘jailbroken’. I told them that I had just received the newest updates from Apple which meant that there was no way my devices were jailbroken(even took them to the Applestore to confirm). They told me there was nothing they could do. Oh well, more money in my pocket. The website only works from my Macbook but most of the time I am away from it so my bets are very infrequent. Maybe that is not such a bad thing.....

Sometimes the app works great, most of the time it runs super slow and glitches a lot. This is really frustrating when trying to make an in game bet.

Do not use this site if you do not want to be misled. DK will KO your winning bets with legal jargon disqualifying them and forcing you into losing money. Their only method of survival in this industry is trickeration by making what seems like easy to understand wagers actually losing wagers because they will intentionally misguide the user. I recommend any other app because this one has thieves operating it top to bottom.

After a recent update, roulette continues to hit the same 1/3 of the table when I bet all of the numbers on another 1/3 of the table. I continue to bet on my chosen 1/3 of the table to come out and every time I do this, another 1/3 will win, but in a super long streak...7x or more! This isn’t a one time thing, this happens every time i employ my gambling strategy. It used to be way more favorable / realistic before the recent update. It obviously feels very rigged now. I dare you to try and tell me you see otherwise. Hedging a bit with money on “0” also makes the odds worse.

App keeps crashing

I sign up and read everything this pathetic app says about legality in Colorado and there is no restrictions. I deposit money and can’t place a bet. Why because it’s not setup in Colorado. These companies need to disclose this information before you sign up and depot money. Will find a sports book that actually wants customers.

The platform is great. Love their offers, love the layout, etc. However, this is the single buggiest app I use on my phone. Face ID has never worked. Sign-ins are successful 50% of the time. The app crashes consistently, like, I’m impressed if I get 5 minutes of use before a crash. The promos never work on links. This app is an abortion, it’s like a high school tech class built it.

Is only valid in two states but you don’t find that out until you go to place a bet. No response from customer service in regards to complaint. Garbage company even though I’ve used the DK DFS app for years.
