I can’t keep the app open for more than 5 seconds before it crashes and shuts down. I’m running the latest iOS with all updates and have reinstalled the app three times. It still can’t stay open for longer than 5 seconds.....

Horrible customer service do not use this site there games are rigged and they don’t honor their own promotions and there customer service is nonexistent don’t bother contacting them they will not respond

Customer service is no help. If you’re looking to bet Live games do not bother the app is so slow your bets and cash out won’t execute in time. Customer service won’t help you with anything.

After receiving several promotions regarding the first bet match, I made a deposit. I placed my bet, checked the use the first match and placed the bet. I won, never received the credit and haven’t heard back from customer service after asking about the match.

It’s not letting me deposits funds into my sportsbook but it has no problem depositing into my fantasy account. it’s frustrating cause they’ve done little to help me

Special offers are worded very deceivingly. Lost a bet stated to be a “free bet” yet never received a reimbursement... Attempted customer service route tried to explain this (after already handing over 158$ to the app in legit lost bets) my reply was, “you need to read the terms and conditions.” (AKA Go pound salt we literally just stole your money with fine print) I wouldn’t hesitate to further research and choose another APP not affiliated with this company.

Try to cash out and they say you selected to have a check delivered, why would you select that, and it takes 3 months to get it. Try a different sports book app. This one is a joke

Withdrawal process isn’t favorable

Upon opening the app you’re asked immediately for your birthday and social security number just to create an account. Uhhh. No thanks. If this app or company gets hacked you’re screwed by giving them all of this info which really is beyond unnecessary. Delete.
