the app is good in regards to design and navigating around to find your plays but the reason I give them 2 stars is a big one and that is the withdrawal time it takes to receive your money . It has been a week and I still haven’t received my full amount payout . If you can take our money from us in seconds you should be able to put it back in just the same amount of time . I deleted and tried another book .
I am updating this now to 1 star because you responded to me and told me I can pick my money up at your cage , hold on let me get in my car drive all the way down there .

I signed up and deposited money with no issues, but as soon as I try to place a bet the app says it can not verify my location. Followed all steps it recommended on the error message and tried about 20 more times. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, WiFi on and off, etc, etc with no change, and then tried to contact customer support with no answer. I don’t understand what the issue is as I live in California and the regular DraftKings app works just fine.
Considering this is a sports betting app and I cannot bet on sports, I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

Pi** poor customer service they need you to upload a million forms of ID and bank info for you to get your money. Do not waste your time on this app... plenty of better apps out there.

Deposits go through. App works great online desktop version is just as good. Score updates are on point. Withdrawal process is instant and legit as well. DraftKings is real & great to bet on sports!

Love the app BUT due my home location in NJ
my geolocation doesn’t allow me to place a wager BUT it allows me to deposit funds into my Draft kings from my home location

Love all the different variations of betting and free pools. Would’ve given five star except I think the interface is too busy and navigation could be simpler.

Deposited 10$ that it stole because it couldn’t “verify my location” have At&T and great service. Referred two friends because it told me I would get $50 free towards a bet , signed my wife up and neither of us received it. FALSE ADVERTISING AND STOLE 10$ I DEPOSITED

I live in NJ and if I'm not using WiFi the location services indicates I'm out of state. So frustrating!
Oh and a side note... The only options for getting your winnings... Either wait forever to get a check (3 weeks) or pay PayPal. Really need better options!

When I place a bet it does not come up in “my bets” but it comes up in transactions its really annoying

This app is good until your withdrawal takes over a week to complete and the only way to contact them is through email (which takes days to respond) other apps have live chat- answer in minutes, and PayPal deposit- withdrawal in minutes
