Ads for risk free bets are totally misleading and not what I would call a free bet.

This app crashes 95 percent of the time when you try to log in. Needs major improvement

This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for friends, family, and FanDuel. I say this because DraftKings has proven it is a subpar organization, whose unreliability is second to none. I was looking forward to using the app via a referral code from a buddy, which would reward both of us with a free boost in our balance. As a complete beginner, I was looking forward to a seamless process, and a good time watching the games today.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be nothing more than a scam. I tried creating an account multiple times under multiple usernames, using my credentials which I double checked on numerous occasions; as a conservative estimate, I probably tried to sign up at least 20 times. When prompted to upload personal documentation so the staff could verify, I again tried via multiple avenues and platforms to send my official information to the company, but to no avail. Instead of providing the service I was expecting and helping my buddy fund his balance, the only result was that this app took away some of my holiday cheer. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere, and encourage those who are undecided and/or beginners in the legal sports betting realm to look elsewhere.

I wish I didn’t need to login all the freaking time, it really is a turn off. And if u wanna to use the “show” pwd function it either won’t work or you end up hitting the “forget pwd” button.

Slots will stop for second and reveal a win or bonus and then quickly advance again to erase your win. Most slots rarely win and DK seem to be adjusting the payout ratio depending on the time of the month, week or something. Some weeks you ca play for entertainment and other weeks you’re just throwing your money away and never win a spin, after spin after spin.. it’s shocking his 50 spins will produce a few pennies and if that.. stay away

I didn’t think it was possible for an online Sportsbook to be worse than the Rivers Casino App. DraftKings went and proved me wrong. This app looks like it was built 20 years ago. Couldn’t even view bet slip. Won’t be back

Lots of bugs. Try to contact support, you can’t get beyond submitting your name. Try to verify your identity - the app just crashes every time. Very frustrating

I signed up because of a 3x bonus if you win your first bet. I placed a $50 bet and the team won so I should have received a $150 payout, however I did not. The offer was for new users to DraftKings Sportsbook, which I was considering I have never signed up or used DraftKings Sportsbook. However, since I have used DraftKings DFS, they did not consider me a new user. Though the promo specifically says new users to DragtKings Sportsbook.
