Definitely very easy to use and understand. I really don’t like the login in system. Maybe it needs an update to work properly but I have selected to use login with my Face ID like every other app I use. It just doesn’t work I still have to manually type my password to login every time

Your app layout for iPads is AIDS, its 2019. Fix something for once.

Most unstable app on the net these days. Even though I have the most current version of both DK app and iPhone OS, this app crashes prob 3 times per day. I’ve emailed back and forth w customer support but they never have real answers.
Time to find a new betting app.

Stay away from Blackjack! Eventually something will be done to fix it but the amount of Aces the dealer gets is beyond ridiculous and most of them are blackjacks. They will give you the usual story about how they are regulated but clearly there is something concerning about this particular issue. We all know that odds are against us in a big way with online blackjack as these RNG’s are very much in houses favor but to have this on top of that I would say with so many other options out there steer clear of DK BJ. It’s brutally bad.

Unfortunately the customer service provided by Draft Kings is really poor, they are unwilling to help and do not value their customers.
