I have never experienced an app with so many bugs. Don’t get me wrong there have been times where the app crashing may have saved me from losing my money. But I have placed winning bets multiple times only for the app to crash and the bet not go through. This happened far to often for this to be a site that deals with real currency.

From lines and odds to bet options if you want the biggest joke of a sportsbook out you found it. One of the only books where you cant “buy” spread points you can only choose from their limited “alternate spread” selection. Also good luck making any type of valuable player prop bet. They wont even have it available as a bet to even make. They also like to reject your bet or have “communication issues” when the lines are good but then when they jump from -115 to -145 you can make that same bet easy as pie. THIEVES.

The app is easy to use. It’s quick with odds updates and LIVE IN GAME play. The parlay plays are amazing and simple.
But most importantly..
1. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is tremendous, QUICK and FRIENDLY!!
2. Deposits are easy and PAY OUTS are quick. I suggest PAYPAL. I requested a withdrawal and had the money in my PAYPAL ACCOUNT in less than 8 hours.
Trust me that is unheard of with betting apps.

After I enter in my SS it just brings me back to the same page and keeps putting me in a loop. Please fix!! I can't get passed it

I got two error messages during blackjack hands that made me have to close out and go back in. The hands didn’t finish yet $300 disappeared from my account. I was told by customer service that the hands played out despite sending screenshot that it wasn’t finished.
Use data at your own risk. I had 4 bars in my screenshot with unlimited data and this still happened. Just closed my account after 5 years with one

App shuts down unexpectedly every 15-20 minutes. I receive a “technical difficulty” warning when trying to place flash bets.

I’ve had to login 10 times in the last 5 minutes because it just force closes itself all the time. Make it stay logged in!

Love the app and being able to bet, but it’s 1222 on Sunday afternoon and NFL games start in 38 minutes so the app crashes - I have had to sign in 6 times and still haven’t been able to place a bet before the app crashes - UPGRADE YOUR SERVERS!!!! And why do I have to enter my password every time when I enabled TouchID?
