When trying to get on the player to be carded market, you click on it once it all shows, you scroll down the list and then it all minimises and you can’t select anyone, unless u close and restart the app! Absolutely useless tool to use with this new update @bet365

The app update is total and it doesn’t allow you to make bets. It’s so complicated and I can’t even find a way to place a football bet. Also considering the amount of money bet365 makes can’t they make the app UK focussed? It’s called FOOTBALL, not soccer!

U know after reading someone’s review I forgot to mention in sports book they give u a 5 dollar free bet Just the fact they only give 5 dollars is a joke to begin with but would u believe u have to win the bet first before u can keep the 5 It’s a real joke how these scammers are changing.

Question to ask. Does anyone use the paddy power mobile site or app? It's very slow and lags a lot for me. Just wondering if anyone else has same problem

This is a joke of a company that will almost immediately restrict you as soon as you start to bet on their 4/1 or ITV 4/1 horse racing promotion. After multiple wins, I received an email stating that all my betting concessions were removed and was stake restricted to pennies. What beggars belief is that if they decided to use their brains, they could just say “ Sorry Sir, you have won enough now and you can continue to use the site, but we don’t want you participating in this promotion anymore”. Instead I was totally restricted throughout the site and cannot even place a bet on the football. Why offer a promotion and then restrict customers when they make a profit? Why not just state in your terms this terminology as an example: you may take part in this promotion for two or three times and when completed, you will no longer be eligible. How difficult would that be? I cannot believe a multi- million pound company is so foolish and would risk losing so much other potential revenue from “restricted customers” where these same customers may spend thousands in their online casino and on other sporting events but cannot do this due to being restricted because of a promotion that Bet 365 is offering in the first place. The truth of this appears to be that Bet 365 only offers these promotions to rope customers in, hoping they will mainly use the online casino under the pretence of being a major sportsbook with decent promotional offers. As soon as a customer wins regularly on the sportsbook, they will be restricted. It’s a shame that the industry in general seems to be following this model but I would have not been expected a major player such as Bet 365 to be so petty. These restrictions come under the form of “trader reviews”, which are irreversible and no correspondence is entered into or entertained. What a farce.

New App does not work. On horse betting on an IPhone 6S it fails to show updated Account Balance after placing a bet, and it fails to show Settled or Unsettled Bets with any consistancy. It's a pity, you can't rate this App with NO Stars.

They use the word 'Indefinitely' contradicting to it's actual meaning in a dictionary when you want to close/terminate your account for good. I did this wanting to close mine down and then set us fresh account as I had a new phone number and email address and wanted to avoid confusion. Unfortunately when I did, Bet365 would not let me deposit as their DATA retaining system still had my address and bank details from my recently (what I thought - closed down account) and they recognized that I had closed down my former account 'indefinitely' which has a lockout period I was later told by a customer rep of 6 months. Moral of the feedback is simple, Bet365 need to allow customers to close down there accounts freely if they do not want to opt for a 'cooling off' option of 1 week, 1 month, 6 month, 1 year or 5 year period. The best way they can do this is to abolish the word Indefinitely. The term 'terminate permanently' or 'close permanently' is less misleading if they don't want to recognize the term 'Indefinitely' is contradicting. They state that they retain ex customers data for 'their own internal risk management procedures'. This is the reason for it's contradiction as when your account is closed its terminated or should be for good SO YOU CANNOT OR SHOULD NOT be able to make another account with the same details.

New @bet365 website/app is absolutely terrible and beyond slow, just as well there's no danger of me collecting winnings
