My account lasted 7 days and i actually lost £300 during that period. All i did was target the enhanced odds races where they offer top 4 quarter place. Clearly despite making offers on such races they have no intention of allowing customers to just bet on these races. The last bet i tried to place was on a 5 to 1 shot, the computer said i was allowed £1.50 each way on it. Shops do not ban me if i only use them when sales are on. The government needs to step in. B365 exploit those who do not know how to gamble and prevent those that do. How is this fair trading? And Denis Coates the owner is worth 12 billion. It is all wrong.

The @bet365 app is Freezes all the time especially when trying to create a bet builder! Go back to the old app format! Ffs

Ow wow! The best betting company has literally gone into worse! I used to love this company until recently where the customer service has literally been shocking. Aholes are calling me a liar, cutting conversations short, arguing and to make things even worse they put a sorry or please or thank you at the end of every sentence like that's going to help. I’ve had a few betting accounts and always favoured bet365 and thought their app was great. The new app is so bad that I’ve stopped using bet365.
