poor customer service. speaking to someone on live chat. called me a lier. i couldnt see my bets she said i could. then she just left chat.

This new app update as so slow and I tried 3 times to add money into my account last night no luck, but I open the account this morning to find that the 3 attempts did actually work and the money has been taken, goals scored and the time are not updated until you log into app, before you could press one button and log in now your pressing several as if it’s delayed on purpose what a ****

Wow so many people are coming forward exposing bet365s joke of a business. I thot it was only the problems I had but it seems bet365 is a mess in every department I’m not surprised and I’m happy there being exposed. I wish I could say I’m over the **** they’ve put me thru Sometimes it does hit me out of the blue cause I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. I’m glad my accounts been closed for a while. I just think there running a dirty business and made me so mad how they get away with stuff. I wish other customers would read these reviews and close there account. It’s a dirty sly business there running. I still haven’t received an apology and at this point I could careless. I can go on and on in detail of almost every section how it’s fraud. If your going to use bet365 just bet games u can actually watch cause they’ll mislead u I once once bet in an Unknown basketball league which by some miracle I lost and didn’t know how I could of lost such a lead. I searched the Internet looking for the score for an hour and couldn’t find it. That’s just one of many things I found fishy. I called customer and they said I could just call them for the score. Oh ya I really trust u guys. These guys have zero credibility with me. Hey bet365 and ms billionaire Coates u better start running your business properly. U see the pandemic going on living in bible days. Thieves never go unpunished and u might be filthy rich and too comfortable to care but it won’t last forever. U cheat your customers on slots machines, poor customer service, the worst supervisors and lastly that joke of a game u call black jack. U think people don’t realize your cheating them when in a dealer hits 20 or higher 98 percent of the time U should be ashamed of yourself.

The @bet365 app update is horrendous.

Only just getting used to the app update on Bet365. Shocking to change such an easy to work app to this @bet365

The Bet365 app has become slow, unresponsive and utterly useless. Who ever changed it should be sacked. Will stop using it as it is awfu

New app is an absolute nightmare. You have to keep logging in and out to update results and your starred horses do not show up on the race card. Messaged them but to no avail. Been a customer for 15 years but not for much longer.

I want to cash out my money which is available but it won't process, @bet365 fix up you're app!
