This has to be the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, I cannot be verified by draft kings, for what reason I do not why. I have attached a picture of my license to my account to help verify and it has been over 10 days with no resolution. I have reached out via email 4 times to see if there were any updates and have not received a response once. I am a customer who wants to give you my money for sports betting and the fact that your company has not acknowledged me at all is baffling. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable..

Im upset about your basketball leagues.
Because there are so powerful leagues in Europe like EUROLEAGUE, Turkish league, Russian league,Spanish League,German league, French league, VTB league ....
also about soccer leagues. Argentinian league,brazil league, colombian league, uruguain league, copa libertadorrs and copa sudaamerica.. and some european soccer leagues like poland, finland..
some asian leagues, china, japan, Australia..

Still have not heard anything back . On day 3 waiting for a response........

I would like to make a deposit, but there response time is terrible. I had a regular draftkings account in the past and had closed it. For some reason this prevents me from opening up a sportsbook account. Three emails and no response. I guess I’ll have to wait for the competition
