Played countless hours of the blackjack option. After calculating, I lost close to 64% of my hand playing basic strategy. I would recommend not playing their casino option

Plan way ahead when making wagers. Live betting is almost useless. It’s mostly on busy times, Saturday and Sunday, but it’s frustrated me to point of writing a review. Lol. IN only has 2 mobile options now, but I’ll for sure try the other one.

They said they can’t verify my identity and I sent in my ID at their request. They haven’t responded and I don’t know what the hold up is. So far terrible customer service.

App constantly freezes crashes and messes up!! Everything about draftkings sportsbook is amazing when it is working well! When it is working well they’re Way above and beyond any other sports book. The problem is is the app is only working smoothly about 30 seconds total throughout the whole day. And the rest of the time it is constantly freezing glitching and crashing. I am on the app about a total of five hours every day. Mostly because I want to check out the new lines and live betting But also because the app crashes so much I have to sign back in or refresh it for it to work properly. Please fix your bugs draft kings! I definitely still recommend this app but this needs to be corrected ASAP. Definitely use this app and deal with it for now though

Great app. They run odds boosts and different promotions often. I’ve cashed out a few times and it’s always done (through PayPal) in 1-2 business days. Haven’t tried other betting apps, but I see no reason to after how user friendly DraftKings is.

Deceptive promotions, unhelpful support, and ultimately a waste of time and money.
