My experience with bet365 is been amazing. This is the best site i ever play on. They complete every withdrawal in about 4 to 12 hours i am playing on it from 2018 still i didn't had any problems in withdrawal. Verification is also so quick within day. (there is no bonuses or free bet but all odds and services are best in the world.

I was skeptical to join Bet365 after reading many reviews… However, I am yet to really encounter any issues with them. The odds are far better than the NZ TAB, and I’ve always received my cash outs, nothing drastic… Usually in the 3 figures. Yes sometimes there are glitches… ie you can’t see current bets or the cash out option is ‘suspended’ but this is generally because the match is near the end.. (in my case personally). Customer service team can be hard to contact and waiting times can vary but overall my experience has been fine and i will continue to do my punting through them!

They crash the app on purpose so you can’t cash out our view your bets, very poor customer service stay way from this scammers.

They disabled the cash out option when I was winning. It is clearly a method to prevent us from cashing out, stealing our money! SCASM!

The only good thing about this company is that they stream the sports events. Not the greatest user experience.

Very suspect games, i noticed a pattern as I play low stakes deposit of £5 a day for the last 3 months each deposit has gave me gameplay of around 6 minutes sometimes less it’s just been repeat after repeat they provide zero entertainment unless u like to watch dead spins or penny wins, numerous times I would redeposit as my money went so fast just to see the exact same happen over and over, I won once when I first started playing and never win again I am down £350 on 10p bets, base game biggest wins rarely over 2x your bet or if u do got a bonus your lucky to get 5x your bet back,

Poor poor experience. Bet365 app was showing wrong information so I enquired to find out what happened and I got a response "the bet365 app information is only a guide and I need to make sure the information is true before I make my bets" Also, the cash out option occasionally disabled (sometimes the whole game is suspended for cash out) and I queried why. Here again, the bet365 stated that cashout is not granted for the customers but only available when they can provide. While I was enquiring about those tehnical issues, they put restriction on my account and the responsible gambling team contacted me instead of the technical team. Bet365 told me that they will contact me at certain time but it has already been that I havent got their phone call. I tried to contact them twice for the delayed response but they failed to contact me at agreed times twice already. I feel bet365 is avoiding to call me. Poor poor customer service especially when the money is involved.

Trash bin website, favorite option removed, almost all markets that are not in main bookies removed... betting menu, etc. is garbage... And to finish this wonderful painting, they can limit your account (close it) without any explonation and even if you lost money! (yes yes! It used to be a good bookie 5-10 years ago, nowadays its total **** for losers, stay away...

STAY AWAY. Fraudulent company they will take your money and say senior management is looking into it its been six month I been waiting for 3000.
