They offer bet credits to join, but you can't ever withdraw this for any money, therefore, what's the point on having them?

My god after so long I decided to check the reviews again. Seems bet365 hasn’t learned. I have a group of friends finally pandemic is more free time socializing and I met my friend at the bar which he had some friends there I’m still huge on sports but only bet proline cause of what bet365 did to me in the past. So we were talking about betting and they were talking about bet365 all the issues that come with it. I’m not gonna explain what bet365 did to me again cause it brings back the worst memories and reading there reviews make me proud cause they truly deserve all these negative comments and I heard there legalizing sports betting in Canada so bet365 should lose lots of customers I can’t wait till they lose millions of customers. Bet365 deserves to be bankrupt and May god bring justice for there injustice. Before I left bet365 for good I was with them for like almost 20 years and never cashed out once nor won once I can go in to details but I’m actually sick and tired of hearing myself say it. Just know every part of there site is fraud. There customer service is a joke but even worse there management and supervisors are an embarrassment They’ll never admit when there wrong and they don’t respect there customers. I will admit there sports page is the best as far as easy to learn and place bets but what good is it when your getting scammed on everything u choose to bet Please be careful there’s a reason there reviews are the worst in history. I've been betting on this app for the past 2 months. I've made over 30k. Was banned (restricted) for NO REASON I contacted them to inquire why they restricted me. I was told "You are not a profitable client" I guess that means they only accept people who lose and anyone who wins will get kicked out. Which means you have ZERO chance. ***** this app and I hope more people will continue to expose this company for it's fraudulent treatment of its users.

Stay away from this guys deposited via PayPal all fine but when try to withdraw they saying it’s not under your name so why you took money then should have returned straightaway they are thieves take you money and don’t give back CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST

I wanted to experience online football betting and opened an account with bet365 and deposited £400 with an offer to match £100. Firstly, Winning or loosing on penalties is NOT considered a win or loose and I lost out to nearly £600 in winnings Secondly, They never gave the £100 joining credits as promised I am much more confident in high street betting shops than online betting after this experience. I would say stay away from this company as they didn't keep up with their promises. I have full documented evidence of every step so TrustPilot don't remove this review if they send you a legal notice. I can share screenshots of all my interactions with them.

This is the least user friendly and transparent app I have ever used. They don’t tell you the ins and outs of their bets, and then they don’t pay out. I bet on Italy winning over England in the Euros on ‘Overall results’ and they wouldn’t pay out, saying ‘penalties don’t count as overall results’. Common sense says otherwise, since you don’t give a description for your bets. Either way, I’ll never spend money with them again - and you shouldn’t either, they will just cheat any way they can to keep your money.

Misleading bets you bet for someone to win a game and if the game is won on won on penaltys you don't get anything. Cheap way to get out if paying bets
