Glad I signed up with BetMGM. The app is super smooth with the new update. I find the features such as cash out and edit bet to be super cool. It is also great they’re affiliated with the Borgata Casino in NJ. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future with BetMGM

Great app after the upgrade. It’s like a whole new company ! Tons of new markets and price boosts ! Lots of in game props and player props which I love. Lastly, lots of awesome promos all the time. I highly recommend!

Customer service with this app and any issues you may have is horrible. Live chat disconnects if you switch screens. If the issue is then not paying out they are unresponsive. Calling them disconnects after being on hold for more than 5 minutes

This app is fantastic. The bets clearly quickly after a win and the software is very quick. It’s easy to use and a step above competitors!!! The VIP group is top of line too. Especially my host Ryan W. Highly recommended!!!!

Do not download this app , the people who work here don’t know anything and apparently there is no supervisor after I’ve been told that a supervisor comes in at 6am, but anyways here’s why I say not to download this app, my teams where all winning in than when i decided to cash out the app went done making it unable to cash out or place new bets. I called and did live chat to try to have someone cash out for me and they all kept saying that they can’t cash me out even though the reason I can’t on my own is there problem because it’s their site that was the issue.On top of that I won’t be compensated for any money I loss due to these circumstances but I do have screenshots of my call time and chat time as well as how the app was unresponsive not only for me but a lot of other users. Going to aim for a big lawsuit if the problem doesn’t get fixed within the hours.

This app is a great step in the right direction, but it still can be low and laggy compared to the top competition. Time to update and squash some bugs.

Extremely slow, lags a lot and not nearly as easy to navigate as DraftKings. Does not have a lot of bet types as other sites. Will be deleting once I receive my checks from my winnings.

Went to Borgata to get my money, only to be told that I need to wait for a confirmation e mail that 15 hours later still didn’t arrive. Cancelled and now waiting for a check. Download draftkings in NJ You will be much happier.
