Had to refresh the app od to get it to function. Even tried redownloading it smh. Then when I tried to sign up with the promo it wouldn’t work or accept my deposit. This app makes fd look like the flash

Betmgm takes forever with payouts, app is laggy, customer service takes forever to respond back in chat, just stick with Draftkings or Fanduel. They have better options as far as betting, customer service responds quickly and I receive my payouts next day all the time. Just a fair warning.

They are still way behind DraftKings. Only offer a select few of in game bets and makes it hard to hedge. Cash out settings are terrible. Don’t offer certain bets that can hurt the book..terrible

Overall it’s a good app. Great selections and options of games and boosted odds. However, too often the in game bets are unresponsive.

1. Same bet for 2 players to score 2+ TDs paid 5 times more on fandeul..
2. Deposits were easy but withdrawals were rejected in every option for a week.. each time requiring new documents.. still waiting on my funds..
3. The first bet I won showed as a loss until I called customer service and they said they needed to talk to the traders to correct.. !!
Do not use this app.. much better options out there..

I’d like to see the app increase its timeout limit. I must login about 20 times a day. Also should be an option to stop the emails every time I login. At least there should be a prompt to remember my login and pswd.

By far the buggiest and glitchy sportsbook app out there. The withdrawal process takes forever (up to a week) compared to other books.
