Terrible site had a cash out of 148£ which I accepted which they did not hold up never received funds shocking company

Played on quite a few betting sites and these are near the bottom of ratings. Very bad customer support and help, very very bad promotions. Decent selection of games and decent website. But its lacking on so much compared to other betting sites

Wow. The reviews on this site are rubbish. No wounder as the chat service is awful. No help in resolving my stuck rounds asked for manger twice and still didn't get put though. Stay away

The good things: Nice site layout, competitive odds, many markets, allows you to combine different sports. The bad things: Cant combine politics with sports, on live matches the team colours are most of the time mixed up and / or wrong, the bonus are not as often and / or as generous as they used to be, firefox keeps login you off the account after a few minutes, not easy to find the help/chat and when u do find it its a que of over 15 minutes every time that puts you off, does NOT do less than 10 pence unit stake bets (when u bet on multiples it adds up to alot).

Not a very good website. Can't check races, it's jumpy. If you have a bonus bet, and the horse wins, you get nothing. I actually hate the site.

Time for every sane person to close their bet 365 account, enough is enough. The site has once again crashed! FFS! even the pish wee bookmakers sites are OK tonight!

Robbing charlatans, site always crashes when in their favour to save them losing tons of money. I have closed my account and after last night's disgusting behaviour I won't be the only one.

Last night on 26.04 bet365 not give me log in and that make cashout. His moto 24/7. Before 3 years same situation. My bet be verry big and waited one match and not give log in. Later say our apologies. Im waited for some good money last night and whant make cashout but not give log in. Im not only. On my reddit post have over 150 different people wich same lose money. Im try contact support and answer me same thing. Our apologies. I have all screenshoot and proof of this. When some waited for some bigger money last odd his blocked self sites. And say we have tehnical issue. This is cheat.

Looks like this wasn’t just me. Website crashed during last nights game, haven’t lost as much as some people. Bet 365 not evening willing to consider it. Time to move on
