I quite like this app on the whole. But it has an annoying habit of not being accessible for big games, so that’s worth at least two stars off. Plus the UI could be more user friendly, so there’s another star off.

They changed the app with no notice ruined the whole layout its impossible to see who is playing who in the accas. Games don't payout sad state from what it was! The cashouts myseriously disappear when good returns are achieved stay away!

Unable to log in for weeks with incorrect details yet I use Face ID to log into the app so it’s impossible for the details to be incorrect it’s laughable. Attempted to use the customer chat twice which is absolutely awful. It kicks you off the chat on the app and the agents close the chat. Which is always fun after waiting 30-45 minutes to get through. I was asked to send over passport photos, driving license, proof of deposits, proof of withdrawals, proof of bank wire. I was only after a simple solution not trying to join mi6! This problem only occurred once I made a withdrawal which has been 6 days now and I am yet to receive the money.

One star was the only option, Since begining of 2022 my account that I have had for more than 10 years has been locked and restricted by a poor app that when Face ID recognise the company and paste the password by is wrong but all other company don’t have a issue with it. After email, phone calls about everything my account has been closed and the balance withdrawn. Only need ids a payslip and months bank statement but more was required to continuing placing bets to give them money. Only positive thing is I get my balance back. Join at your own risk and if you are the kind of person that like to give your life personnel info and money to the company

Second time of app crashing with grand national and last nights City/Madrid game, poor service, withdrew my money this morning and won’t be using this site again, hit them in the pocket and move on somewhere else that’s not dodgy like these scammers.

They gave a £5 free bet to everyone and unfortunately that bet came from. Man City 4-2 as soon as it went to half down my app had crashed and I couldn’t even cash out let alone get my account recongised as a betting company they didn’t realise how many would come through. So I do believe it was done on purpose and they didn’t want to pay out the customers… it’s the closest I’ve ever got to getting something and I’m not happy I won’t be using bet 365 again if you can’t afford to pay out and let people get what they bet for don’t give out free £5 betSimple

Worst Bookie AroundAvoid them at all costs. Site constantly crashes during big events (normally ones they offer you a free bet on so you then cannot use it), customer service are horrendous, app itself is clunky and horrible to us. Save yourself the hassle of setting up an account and go use a proper bookie because the competition are far better in every aspect of the service which they offer.

The app is un-useable. Whoever maintains it needs sacking. It’s a joke. And conveniently always crashes or develops glitches at pivotal moments in games… Had enough of it now and have deleted the app. Will be seeking out a more professional and moral betting company to play with.
