they are worst, if someone winning in particular game than they put restrictions of maximum stake mean we cant place bet more than 1 or 2 dollars seriously they are rediculous, i advise everyone dont use bet 365 in future

i would rate minus if i could. bet 365 have put restrictions on my account and the call back within 48 hours was 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they will call back shortly. i cannot log in, i cannot see my account, i cannot take my money out over 770 pounds and they keep cutting me off chat because they don't want to sort it out. disgusting customer service. So Bet365 is awesome for sports betting, probs the best out there, with super fast pay outs and the early pay out section on the football is brilliant. But I would like to talk about the responsible Gambling option that I think everyone should know. I set up a deposit limit as per every advert encourages you too, I had a deposit limit of £500 pound per week, I spent a lot on football and horses, but I noticed I never ever got a free bet, not once! All my friends are with bet 365, and they don't spend no where near as much as me and they are always getting free 5 pound bets! So I decided to question them about it today, I don't need free bets I have my own money but it felt a bit unfair and I asked if there was a block on my account. Well would you believe it... yes there was... because I have been sensible and put a deposit limit on my account like all there adverts, they told me it was not good practice for them to give me free bets as it would be encouraging me! What a load of Garbage! Bet365 what a false betting site you are, so you don't give free bets if we put a deposit limit on our account? but we do get free bets if we don't set up deposit limits... so surely you are punishing us if we set up deposit limits... but your advert is encouraging us too! The most pathetic online betting company I have had anything to do with. I bet in tens of dollars not hundreds not thousands and had restrictions put on my account. I wanted to have a $50 bet last night in Hong Kong and my bet was reduced to $8.99.
