Played on quite a few betting sites and these are near the bottom of ratings. Very bad customer support and help, very very bad promotions. Decent selection of games and decent website. But its lacking on so much compared to other betting sites

Won three bets in a row (not a huge amount, a couple of hundred). Then got a very spiteful, moaning email saying I'd get no more offers, free bets, boosts etc. They are happy enough if you lose but watch out if you win!

These people will never let you win. EVER! Stay clear away from bet365 not even one bonus round. Biggest win 56p.

Opened an account yesterday won a bet and they closed my account, the 50 pound promo Is a scam. Its laughable! What a terrible company.

No loyalty what so ever! Been with Bet365 for well over a year or more now and all this site do is take your money! Never win RTP must be at 0.5%. It's also my birthday and i asked for a Birthday bonus they basically told me that they don't offer that and accounts are always reviewed what a load of pony!... Might as just leave and play else where with better offers better loyalty and overall better RTP because BET365 does not play fairly!. Sorry Bet365

The good things: Nice site layout, competitive odds, many markets, allows you to combine different sports. The bad things: Cant combine politics with sports, on live matches the team colours are most of the time mixed up and / or wrong, the bonus are not as often and / or as generous as they used to be, firefox keeps login you off the account after a few minutes, not easy to find the help/chat and when u do find it its a que of over 15 minutes every time that puts you off, does NOT do less than 10 pence unit stake bets (when u bet on multiples it adds up to alot).

Not a very good website. Can't check races, it's jumpy. If you have a bonus bet, and the horse wins, you get nothing. I actually hate the site.

I registered with the 50 pounds free bets offer only to find that my acclunt head been frozen after the first bet was settled. Is this a scam, how can this be legal for bet365 to ack in such a manner?

I wish that I check reviews before re open account with them. First deposit taken with no issue, bonus offer promised, done first footbal bet and two days later all bets and bonus offer disappear from my account lol. Went on live chat to resolve issue only to find out it is not a live chat only computer generated answers that is unable to help with more complicated matterBet u lot that I'm gonna struggle to log in to my account soon after sending them few crapy emails
