Terrible company terrible trade department, closed my account without warning or any wrong doing, they only like you sending you extra free bets when you lose,12 years with them, every year loses about a grand or two anually that’s when they like you, this year not even the end of September and boom suddenly your account is closed with no explanation just basically this is it bye bye….. o ehm I was a few hundred in profit this year: -)….. avoid on every cost….. the licence should be taken off them

Opened account with £20 and given £50 free bet credit Placed £10 bet if my own money which I lostThe next day bet365 closed my account. I've been on bet365 for more then half a decade in the beginning years it was awesome, the customer service was incredible the people I spoke to overseas were great... and they bent over backwards to accommodate me anytime I harassed concerns. In the past year they have gone completely downhill to a point I've made numerous complaints to little avail I recommended bet365 to a girlfriend in ontario and they ripped her off for 500.00. She opened a fresh account with 500.00 she made 1 single bet for 50.00... they have frozen her out ever since. When she tried to communicate with them she might as well been talking to a brick wall. unfortunately she doesn't really give a **** about 500.00, so she has failed stay on top of it. when I've contacted bet365 explaining I personally recommended it to my friend... there response was negligible. Last Sunday I took Baltimore ravens alternate point spread -9.5 and - they won 24 to 9, I tried to take a pretty good cash out then the moment I pressed cash out bet365 marked ravens - 9.5 as a loss! When I contacted them about my concerns they punked me off and completely failed to address the issue in any meaningful way. I am now to a point where 1 more incident such as that takes place on my account... I am going to start a major campaign to spread the word people should avoid dealing with bet365 completely. Very disappointed!

This is the worse site I use, or used to use! Live chat takes hours for a simple question. They freeze your account for no reason then good luck waiting for live chat! Slots do not go lower then.80 cents lol' cant change bets lower. I would have given customer service (live chat) a No star but they made me put 1 star before I could post this. Way better sites out there, at least sports interaction answers chat within 1 minute. For what bet365 makes hire some damm people to answer questions. Would be a great site if you could reach someone without waiting hourssss. Terrible!

gambling site, just recently did registration, provided all personal details, tried to top up deposit with no progress, all cards rejected, after a minute received email, that my account has been closed down due to the nature of your business. Like is going on in this hole, banning peoples for no reason and to get in touch with someone it’s impossible..

I was not able to make a deposit as they had banned me upon sign up. As far as I'm concerned, they only wanted my data and shall proceed to make money off me while I am unable to use the site.
